At PND, we’re always seeking new ways to solve our clients’ challenges. If you’re willing to take on whatever tasks come your way (and you’re actively pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or a related field), you could be a great fit to help us create efficient and effective solutions with our partners. Plus, many of our interns come back as full-time engineers with us! PND has hired at least a dozen of our interns as full-time employees, and two of them have since advanced to become principal engineers at our firm.

In joining PND as a geotech intern, I experienced adventurous, varied field work, took on lab responsibilities, and observed and assisted with projects. My rounded experience at PND provided an opportunity to establish and encourage my path. Today, I’m fulfilling my dreams as a full-time staff member of PND’s geotechnical department.
